Last updated October 9, 2026

These terms apply to your use of emarkethubllc.com, operated by E Market Hub LLC. By using this website you agree to them.

Who we are

E Market Hub LLC is an independent authorized retailer of residential internet service. We are not a telecommunications carrier or internet service provider, and we do not own, operate or maintain any network. Our relationship with the providers we represent is limited to being authorized to sell their services.

Services and orders

All internet service ordered through us is provided, installed, billed and supported solely by the provider you choose, under that provider’s own terms and conditions, which you accept with the provider when you order. Plans, speeds, pricing, promotions, equipment and availability are set by each provider, vary by address and may change without notice. Availability is confirmed only for a specific service address.

Information on this website

We try to keep this website accurate, but its content is general information and is provided “as is.” Speeds described are typical or maximum speeds and actual speeds vary. Please rely on the terms the provider confirms for your order.

Existing accounts

We sell new service only and cannot access or change existing provider accounts. Contact your provider directly for billing, outages or technical support.

Trademarks

Provider names and logos shown on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify services we are authorized to sell. Their use does not mean the provider operates or endorses this website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E Market Hub LLC is not liable for the services, acts, omissions, billing or equipment of any provider or other third party, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
